ARTICLE 4 - FUNDS

SECTION 2 - FINANCIAL OPERATION

Para. 1

A budget for the operation of the National Organization for the fiscal year shall be adopted by National Council no later than thirty (30) days before the start of the fiscal year.

Para. 2

The fiscal year for the Fraternity shall end June 30.

Para. 3

An audit of the National Organization’s financial books and records shall be made annually by a Certified Public Accountant.
