ARTICLE 8 - AMENDMENTS

SECTION 4 - DELINQUENT ORGANIZATIONS

In case any active or alumni organization which is entitled to cast a vote on any proposal submitted to the chapters in accordance with the National Constitution or Bylaws shall fail to indicate its vote to National Council within sixty days after the proposal has been submitted to the chapters, National Council shall have the power to cast the vote in place of such delinquent organization.
